Probleme pc et hijack this help! merci!

J'ai de gros problemes avec mon pc que je dois résoudre rapidement... car je n'en peux plus...
Sans arrêt j'ai des pubs qui s'ouvrent toutes seules, des programmes qui essayent de s'installer (1 s'est installé spyshredder sans que j'accepte et impossible de le desinstaller) des trucs bizarre, ma bande passante qui diminue, des spams dans mes boites à messages, des trucs ouverts dans mon gestionnaire des taches qui sont inconnus... bref j'ai besoin de l'aide de quelqu'un qui s'y connait! Merci d'vance a tous ceux qui prendront le temps de m'aider...

Je te recommande :

voila, j'ai retiré les 2 lignes, (j'espere j'ai mis fix c en anglais..;) puis j'ai téléchargé antivir. je fais un scan sur eset puis je lancerais le scan d'antivir que j'ai updaté...
ce que je ne compred pas non plus c'est que pendat 3ans je n'ai eu aucun spam, aucn ennui, puis que depuis quelques mois je suis submergée de trucs incomprehensibles...
je dirais quoi quand tout sera fait. je tiens a précir que je fais régulierment ad aware...

ok,
ad-aware n'est qu'un antispyaware, il s'occupe pas des virus...

Tu me dira le rapport du scan ;)

le scan s'est bloqué au bout de 10 minutes et ne bouge plus depuis 20 minutes...

Bon, ça fait un peu cruche de dire ça lol, mais j'ai du l'arrêter de nouveau car il était rebloqué au même endroit (thunderbird sents) et cette fois çi j'ai attendu 30 minutes avant de le recouper car en plus ça n'avançait plus mais aussi ça bloquait tout mon pc completement... impossible d'ouvrir une page ni un dossier... c'est pas normal. je vais lancer antivir, on verra bien

Bonjour,
deja active le bloqueur de popup dans les outils internet puis avec ton pare feu window, si cela ne regle pas ton probleme telecharge spy sweeper qie est un bon logiciel depuis que je les telecharger plus un seul spam ni pub en tout genre accede a mon ordinateur!!

Rien sur ton rapport !

Télecharger http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip
Décompresse le sur le bureau.

= ouvrir le dossier clean
= cliquer sur le fichier nommé clean.cmd
= choisir l'option 1 pour la recherche et laisser clean travailler jusqu'à l'apparition du texte "appuyer sur une touche pour continuer"
= copier et coller également le rapport dans la réponse

salut, as tu bloquer les fenetres intempestives?
Tu peu aussi bloquer des programes depuis ton pare feu.
