LG TV stuck on AV1 channel

Question

Hello,   My television is stuck on channel AV1. I can no longer change the channel, it gives me a message saying "this function is temporarily unavailable."  Thank you for your response.

There's a button that allows you to select the source; on my remote control, it's located at the top right.

Unfortunately, I'm having the same issue as you. Every time I turn on my TV, it starts on AV1, so I have to press a button (TV/RAD) to go back to the channels. I remember doing an update, but nothing special happened afterward. If I find a solution, I'll post it on this site.

It is enough to press the "input" button at the top of your remote control and select "antenna" and confirm with "OK" on your remote control.

It works, but when you turn it off and turn it back on, you have to redo the process. There must be a way for it to start in TV mode????

You don't have a DVD player or anything on, because if the device dialogue option is activated and a player or another video source sends information to the television, it will switch to the channel where the signal is received.

Has anyone found a solution? I have the same problem as you; when I turn on my LG TV, it starts on AV1 as well, even though I have nothing plugged into it. It has been doing this since I did an update like you... Thank you!

It's been almost a year now, I think the warranty has expired, and I still haven't fixed this problem with my TV lol!! If you ever find any information even in a few months, please think of us!

Hello everyone,

First, you can unplug your television and plug it back in a few minutes later to see if everything has returned to normal.
If no action is possible from the remote control, you will need to contact LG customer service.

I have the same problem even though I don't have anything plugged into my TV. I even reset the TV to factory settings but nothing works, the TV turns on automatically to AV1...
