USB File Reading on Projector

Hello,

I bought a ViewSonic M1 projector. When I use the USB stick, for the same PDF or MP4 file it shows "playback impossible" and after three or four times it accepts to play it. Where does the problem come from?

    Hello,
    I cannot tell you why there is this problem, but there is a firmware update for this video projector. What is its current firmware version? You should be able to see it somewhere in the menus.

    Firmware V2.02 (tab "Driver & Software on the right)

    This update may fix the issue.

      It is noted M1 version 2 on the notice, so I suppose the update has been done.

        Here it is about version 2.02, it may seem insignificant, but a delayed revision could be the issue.

        It is likely that the exact version is indicated in the project settings menu.
