Problème Wi-Fi

Hello,

I have a 4G connection with the ZTE MF253V router. Everything was working fine until a month ago when I started experiencing a problem. I’m not sure where the issue is coming from, but what I can see is that when someone connects or disconnects from the Wi-Fi, it crashes. I remain connected to the Wi-Fi, but the speed is so low that even a web page doesn't load for 2-3 minutes, then it starts working normally again. So, I don't know if what I've described is the problem or if it's just a coincidence. I've searched everywhere but found nothing; it’s becoming really frustrating.

Please, if anyone can suggest something.

    I already asked to replace it, but they told me that I no longer have the warranty, so I will have to buy another one. That's why I thought I would see if there is a solution before buying another one.
