Hello,
On Redmi Note 8T. It's impossible to answer an incoming call. I have reset the factory settings and it's still the same. In the notifications, the Phone icon is not activated. I think that's the cause, but how can I activate it? I can't manage to do it. I can call a contact without any problem. Can you help me? Thank you.

I had the same issue with my Xiaomi Note 10, unable to answer an incoming call.
Yet the Phone notifications were activated.
It was only after I completed all the updates on my phone that the bug was fixed (I had 3 important updates that I kept postponing)
No more issues since then.

Thank you for your response. I managed yesterday by fiddling with the settings - It works well for calls in both directions. How did I do it? I did so many maneuvers that I don't know which one is the correct one. Have a good day.
