Hello,

I can't leave a message on my Free phone; the ringtone keeps ringing continuously and does not trigger the voicemail unless the phone is turned off. Thank you

    Hello,

    My answering machine, Free Mobile, was no longer triggering. I contacted customer service, who provided me with the codes to reprogram the phone. Here they are:

    ##002# (deactivate call forwarding) and press call
      • 61*0033695600012# press call
      • 62*0033695600012# press call


    Then turn off your phone and turn it back on, and the answering machine should work again.

      1/ ##002# then press CALL
      2/ *61*+ 003369560012 # press CALL
      3/ *62*+ 003369560012 # press CALL
      Finally turn off the phone, then turn it back on. Try it, you will see. Thank youuuu
