No WiFi detection devolo

Hello,

I bought a devolo 550 wifi kit.
All the buttons are white, so it should be operational.
But my devices do not detect the devolo wifi. They can't find it.
If anyone has a solution, I'm all ears before I lose the little hair I have left.

    Hi,
    before blaming innocent parties,
    we should test the remote powerline modem via Ethernet and check with Cockpit to see if the modem is properly configured.

      Thank you. I was able to find it. Actually, it was even more foolish. I don't need to plug in the devolo key. It automatically extends while keeping the name of my box.
      I plugged in my adapter in a room where I didn't have a connection (basement) and just like that, magically and on its own, I was connected as if I were next to the modem.
