A device I don't recognize has connected to my account?

Hello,
While checking the security settings of my Google account, I noticed that there was a device connected to my account that I didn't recognize, simply listed as "Android" without any further details.
The same goes for the IP address, but by comparing it with the IPs of my other devices, I saw that it perfectly matches that of my smartphone (mobile network IP).
What do you think? Could someone have accessed my account, or is it just a glitch, can the same device appear twice?
