Zoom problem iPhone 11 Pro Max

Hello,
I've been having a problem with the zoom on my iPhone 11 Pro Max for a few weeks now; when I open the camera, the zoom is stuck at 2. I can zoom out to 1, but I can’t see 0.5.
It's possible with video mode but impossible in photo mode, and I don’t know how this weird setting changed on its own or how to fix it... thank you for your help.

      Hello, the same problem here and the "portrait" mode is also down, it no longer generates a blurred background..
      At Apple, all the indicators are green for the lenses and a complete reset didn't change anything.. it's frustrating.
      Any solutions among those who have encountered issues?

    Hello,

    Restart your iPhone and make sure it is up to date. If the problem persists, go to Settings > Camera > Keep Settings and turn off Camera Mode.

    If that still doesn't fix the problem, try resetting the iPhone settings to default. To do this, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.

      Hello, I have followed all the procedures including this one with an Apple advisor, the problem is still the same, at zoom x2 and above the image freezes... they are coming to pick it up tomorrow for support. I have been experiencing this issue almost since the beginning since it was released, I am nearing the end of my warranty coverage, so I am doing what is necessary before it falls through the cracks... I will get back to you to let you know if there are any updates regarding my case.
