VLC Installation Issue "VLC is in use and needs to be closed"

Hello,

I have a major issue that really bothers me when I want to install VLC.
When I launch the installation file, everything goes well until the program installation. At that precise moment, I get a VLC popup saying: "VLC is currently in use and must be closed."
I'm installing VLC on a new PC, so VLC isn't there yet and I've checked, it's not pre-installed. I have absolutely no idea what to do, please help me!

    Hello,
    He must be present; otherwise, Windows wouldn't inform you.
    Check in the Task Manager to see if he's there. Look for the line, right-click, and end the process (Ctrl + Alt + Del)
