Hello,
To check if your card needs to be replaced, you need to turn it over to the barcode: between the barcode and the logo via Eutelsat, there may be: 3 possibilities
1: Nothing written! (the card needs to be replaced)
2: written PC5 (the card needs to be replaced)
3: written PC6 (the card is good)
You then need to check that you are receiving clear channels: like Vosges TV (for example)
If yes (it means you don't have any issues with the dish alignment)
In that case, a call to Fransat to ask them to reactivate your rights (with your card number) will take twenty minutes
In the case where NO, you do not receive clear channels: Then first of all, have the dish adjusted and retry your decoder (with the card of course)
There you go for the beginning.
