Disable secret conversation on Messenger

Hello,
On my iphone, for the messenger app, for less than a month now I haven't been able to disable secret conversations.. (and not just delete secret conversations).
Before I used to go to "privacy, secret conversation" and there was the "toggle" on/off. But now that button is no longer there! Just the encryption keys..
How can I delete this?
