Reset an Asus VivoTab Smart tablet.

Hello,
I want to reset my Asus VivoTab smart tablet because I forgot my password and the email address is no longer valid.
I found this procedure on a website: "hold power button + volume up" with the tablet turned off and the following menu appears:
Select Boot Mode
Volume UP to select Volume DOWN is OK
- Recovery Mode
- Fastboot Mode
- Normal Boot
Select recovery mode and erase the tablet's memory, the tablet will be like new, just like on the first startup you will have to enter a code or not.
But the problem is that I cannot validate my choice in the menu => I have to confirm with the "Enter" key, but there is no touch keyboard and the touch screen is not working.
The volume down and volume up buttons only serve to navigate the menu. Does anyone have an idea?
