DVI pas de signal

Hello, this morning I plugged in my new Windows computer, but as soon as I turn it on, there is noise coming from the PC, but the screen is blue and it tells me that the DVI has no signal. I don’t know what a DVI is; could someone tell me and help me fix the problem? Thank you.

    Hello
    the DVI port is the video output port
    there are three types of video ports
    1- VGA
    2- DVI
    3- HDMI

    Hello.

    Not forgetting DisplayPort and USB-C, and knowing that VGA is gradually being phased out.

    If there is no signal while the cable is properly connected, perhaps the graphics card is poorly connected or not powered properly.
