Good evening,
No, it's impossible for anyone to see your passwords. The eye in question serves to verify that you have entered your password correctly.

Hello,
There is nothing abnormal about this computer's functioning.
Passwords are notably saved in Google: You can view them as long as you provide the Google account password.
Email passwords are also saved in Thunderbird (if you use it). Here, you don't need a password to view them, but nothing prevents you from setting a password to use Thunderbird (master password).
Now, if you don’t have a password to enter your Windows session or to wake it up, that’s irresponsible. It's a bit like leaving your house with the door wide open!

I suppose you are talking about the webmails Gmail.com and Yahoo.com
If you let Google manage your passwords, you no longer have to type them, thus reducing the risk of them being visible.
(To view and manage these passwords, you need to enter the password for your Google account.)
The only password you normally have to enter is the one to log into your Windows session.
Personally, I have a local account and I log into my session with a 4-digit PIN. When I enter it, there is no eye icon next to the input field.

Review your password management.
Normally, only you can see them, and you shouldn’t have to type them constantly.

When I click on the eye icon for all my accounts, the passwords show up; I can even send you photos, thank you.
