Hi, this is not where you're going to find any network except for *EDF or *Gaz de France. In no case can the network you're looking for go through this type of box.
It's true that it looks more like an Enedis junction box, but the logo on the left raises questions; it could indeed be a concentration point for buried wiring, although they are more often found in waterproof sleeves
