Hello,
After resetting my Logicom 1043 M tablet, the screen is stuck on "the process.com.android.phone has stopped," and I can no longer access the commands to turn it off. Do you know how to resolve this?

Hello,
To perform a factory reset, either through recovery.
1 - Tablet powered off
Press POWER and immediately after press VOL DOWN
When the LOGICOM logo appears, release the POWER button.
The Android robot appears with the text "NO COMMAND"
Press VOL DOWN and VOL UP simultaneously and the menu should appear.
The menu is not touch-based; you need to use the VOLUME + and - buttons to navigate, and to confirm you use the POWER button.
2 - Resetting the tablet through the settings menu:
In Settings, click on "Back up and reset," then on "Factory data reset." Click on "Reset tablet" and then on "Erase everything" to confirm. The tablet will turn off. Upon reboot, the system will be reset.
