Sound crackling during downloads

Hello everyone,
I have a minor but still annoying malfunction that has been going on for several years.
Whenever I start a download, or sometimes even just by launching content on the internet, my speakers crackle and pop when a sound is played (game, movie, music).
For example, I just started downloading several games on a launcher, and I have to go into the PC's audio settings to disable and re-enable my sound card.
I do this maneuver pretty much every day for years... it's frustrating :)
I want to point out that I am on fiber optic and it seems that the problem occurs more easily when the download speed is high.
I recently ended up changing my external sound card (from the "Audio Kontrol 1" from Native Instrument to the "Scarlett Solo" from Focusrite), and the malfunction is less frequent, but still there.
I also changed the cables connecting my speakers (KRK Rokit 6) to the sound card.
The malfunction persists with different Ethernet cables, and by connecting the sound card to different USB ports.
However, the malfunction never appears with headphones connected via USB as well. It only affects my speakers connected to the external sound card.
I'm out of solutions; I've tried to tinker with all the buffering and frequency settings following YouTube tutorials, but I don't understand much and so far I haven't found a magic formula if that's where the issue lies.
I've seen that some people have this problem but on Wi-Fi... I don't see any other cases like mine.
If anyone can help me, thank you very much.

Hi, what reference of PC is it? This kind of noise is either a bad sound card configuration, meaning that the software provided with it should be loaded into memory at startup, or there's a defect in the power supply, or more likely, the internal sound card needs to be disabled in the BIOS.

Hi, you’ve tried a lot of things except replacing the speaker amplifier, I can’t tell you how the amplifier picks up interference but it’s definitely possible.
What are the speakers / amplifier?
