Good evening everyone, I’ve had a problem for two weeks. As soon as I turn on my PC, whether it’s plugged in or unplugged, the noise starts, and when I turn off my PC, the crackling stops after about 3 seconds, exhausting itself.

My PC is an MSI GTX1060 GT72VR GRD. I bought it 3 years ago.

My audio is not affected by the noise, I have no problem, everything works correctly.
I just have the noise which is very, very loud. I can be far away and hear it.
When I turn on the built-in fan in the PC, the crackling noise instantly increases, and when I turn off the fan, the noise decreases.

    Hello,
Are you on a desktop PC?
    If yes:
Try to check if your PC fans are full of dust.
Also check if no cable is touching a fan.

You can try to open it and see if everything is OK.
(and do some cleaning along the way)
