Custom ringtone for a contact on GALAXY A10

I just bought a GALAXY A10 for my wife and I can't set a different ringtone from the default one for a contact. I have saved the contact on the phone and I can find the ringtone I saved as expected in the music directory that I want to assign to this contact, and I can select it for the contact. When I check the contact's properties, I see that it is the ringtone I chose that is assigned to them, but when the contact calls my wife, the default ringtone sounds instead of the one assigned. Do you have a solution to resolve this issue? Thank you for your future responses.

    to do what you want, you need to copy your music in mp3 format and then copy that music into the internal memory folder ringtones. Do not put it in the music folder.
