PSP no longer reads UMD games

Hello everyone. Yes, I also have a big problem with my PSP.

The menu works, I can see my photos, but when I insert my game, the PSP doesn't recognize it.
I did the same with another UMD but it's the same, no game works..

I saw different forums talking about cleaning the lens with a soft cloth, that's what I did but nothing works, it's still not working :(

Could someone please help me?

I have a PSP on official firmware. A friend dropped my PSP and now it won't read UMDs :(
When I insert the UMD, the drive spins for a while making a weird noise and then the screen shows "disk read error"... I tried cleaning it with a cotton swab and 70° alcohol but it still doesn't work ^^'

It's not complicated.
If your PSP is making a funny noise, you need to take apart the screen, then disconnect the UMD, take apart the UMD case, unscrew the UMD, and then put the gears back in place.
