Stuck in Animal Zoo Park 2

Hello,

my daughter is stuck in the game. She needs to open a chest with rewards.
When she opens the chest, she has 4 validated rewards, but if she wants to open more, she needs a key that she doesn't have and doesn't know how to buy (no diamonds).

No way to go back to her zoo. What should she do?

    In the bottom right, you have an orange bar ending with a camera, which says: "Validate rewards", click on it and normally you will return to the zoo.

      Hello, I don't have that orange bar; I only have a green bar with a camera icon that says "go get reward," and when I tap on it, it takes a picture of the game and asks me if I want to send it.
