Hello,

My 2 phones purchased last March (which were working) no longer ring when I'm called, and I have no dial tone and can't make calls. I've checked the entire menu, and nothing has been activated or deactivated that could be causing this problem. What should I do?

    Hello,
    Is this phone connected to a box?
    If so, reset the box.
    To do this, cut off its power supply for a minute, then turn it back on.
