Vtech KidiSecret Selfie installation Explor@ Park Solved

Hello
I looked at some posts on CCM but I couldn't find anything to help me....
I have a Kidi Secret Selfie

Problem number 1:

I would like to have Explor@ Park WINDOWS
But when I click on the Windows button on the download site, it gives me a MAC file (.dmg)
And DMG doesn't work on my PC

Problem number 2:

I don't know the USB cable for the Kidi Secret...

The cable is a micro USB, you just have to plug it in the other way around...

On the other hand, I connected it and the app shows me this: (see image)  when on the kidi secret there's an icon that shows it's connected :/  -- OursOne

same problem, kidi secret not recognized with the explrapark app while it is clearly visible on the computer
