Hello, a fake Ste M gave her bank details (RIB) so I could make a transfer that I did... But then they blocked me on WhatsApp and there’s no more response by phone or email... I want to recover my money because it was my savings from my disability pension. I have the RIB... The phone... And the email... I just want to recover my money from their account... I want to emphasize that I am open to all proposals. Serious ones obviously..

    Hello,
You are the victim of a scam, you need to resolve that with your bank.

    Hello

File a complaint for fraud.... (Providing all evidence)

But, since you made the transfer of your own accord, it is not said that it will not be closed without further action...

Afterwards, it must be seen that many tricks are mounted outside French/European jurisdiction and that remedies are null....

What was the ploy of the scam?

I wanted to start selling soda drinks and I ordered 15 pallets of Coca-Cola from a company in Poland (ziolopex spécial Zoo) that promised me based in Miami in good faith. I received the invoice, I made the transfer to a specific direct engineer's account. And it's been 4 months, nothing more... Simply that.

If you are self-employed, it’s a dispute between merchants, which falls under the commercial court (though I’m not sure what remedies exist regarding a company in Poland, but they must exist within the EU regulations)

In any case, you will at least need to have sent them a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (LR + AR) demanding they fulfill their part of the contract, and it is after this that a procedure could (potentially) be started...

In short, your question goes beyond the scope of this forum, which is essentially intended for rights related to internet use and does not deal with disputes between merchants

For this, I suggest you renew your question here:

I add, of course, that all of this will only be valid if the company actually exists... and that it is with this company that you made the transaction, because if its name has been impersonated, that is a matter of ordinary law and we fall back to the first part of my answer... In such cases, remedies are almost non-existent...

    Hello
and 15 pallets, that takes up space, I hope you had enough to store them.
but since they’ll never arrive, it isn’t really a problem.
