Hello,
Hello everyone,
I had to change my landline phone and got a GIGASET E290A.
Everything seems fine except for the call handling.
Before, I had an AS405 model, and when someone was talking, I could join the conversation by pressing the green button (answering/end call).
With the E290A, when I press the green button, nothing happens.
Does anyone know this device and can tell me how to proceed to speak in a sort of conference call?

    Hello,
    In theory, there is no major difference regarding the "Conference" mode between the AS405 and the E290A.

    Provided that the "Intrus.int" function for the AS405 or "Join Conf." for the E290A is enabled, you simply need to press the "Pickup" button on the AS405 to intervene in the conversation, whereas for the E290A you need to do a long press on the same "Pickup" button.
    So, very similar..

    Please verify that the Join Conference mode is activated
