Philips D405 DUO landline phone keyboard locked

Hello,Hello,

How do I unlock the keyboard of my Philips D405 Duo phone (set number 0), given that pressing either the pound or * keys does not work? Thank you.

    Hello,
    A long press on the 0 key locks or unlocks the keyboard.
    This key has a padlock symbol printed next to the 0... which indicates this functionality.
    See the manual on page 5 (7 of the pdf below), paragraph "Phone Presentation".

    Good evening,
    Thank you for your response, which perfectly fits the keyboard blocking situation of handset number 2 (number 1 was functioning normally). However, I apparently had a specific issue with number 2, and after opening it, it turned out there was some dust inside. After a thorough cleaning (including the keypads), it is working normally again. Thank you very much.
