Cannot join a group on LoL

Hello,

I have a problem joining a group of friends to play League of Legends. Whenever I'm in a group with at least one other person, the game tells me that the connection to the services has been interrupted and that I need to restart the client. Restarting it doesn't change anything, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it but still have the same problem. Finally, I performed a "full repair," and this issue persists. Please help me; it's horrible to be stuck playing alone.

Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 13.1.1

      In League of Legends: settings --> Voice chat --> disable join chat automatically --> confirm

      Same issue for me, a friend found a solution,

      get yourself invited to a custom game -> get yourself invited to URF -> get yourself invited to DRAFT and finally to blind mode.

      Usually, you can be with your friends by doing this first step.

      If you want to invite someone yourself, try to create a game after the steps above.

      It should work :)

      If by bad luck you can't click on "play" or "start," click on "profile" or "collection" and then go back to "play"; if it still doesn't work, click on "coop vs AI" and then "PVP."
