Orange decoder error S05-05

Good evening! I'm posting on this forum because I have a problem. It has been 2 weeks since we switched to Orange and we have an issue with the decoder. It cannot connect to the server, error code S05-05. The decoder and the Livebox have been replaced and reset; there was an intervention on the line, but nothing has changed. Has anyone had this problem before and how did you resolve it? Thank you.

    Hi,
    did you get them on the phone?
    Did they do any tests? etc.?
    Was the Box reset? Are you talking about a factory reset???
    But then there are updates afterwards

      Good evening, yes tests have been carried out several times, along with resets and updates, but no improvement has been observed.
