Orange connection issues

Hello, this morning I bought an Orange UHD TV box and when I connect wirelessly to my Livebox 4 (I bought everything at the same time), I get error code S91-04. I bought 2 UHD boxes but they both do the same thing.

    Orange may not have validated the television on your line yet...
    Otherwise, the advice is the same as given at the end of the previous document:
    Note: if the problem persists, contact your customer service. 3900
