Where are the uppercase letters on a Freebox virtual keyboard?

Hello,
The password I am using includes an uppercase letter, and I can't find a key for uppercase letters on the Freebox virtual keyboard.
I tried to work around this by logging in directly on the Netflix website on my PC; that works, but it doesn't work on my TV. However, I have checked on all devices and saved, but to no avail.

    Good evening,

    I don't know how long you've had it, but there have been quite a few updates since the release. So you should update your Freebox, and otherwise, restart your box.

      thank you anyway, but it is the virtual keyboard of the Freebox which is used with the remote control and does not have the option to use a capital letter.

        Have you tried the up arrow below the W key?
        1
