Hello,

I am returning to the site because when trying to change my Microsoft login password, I get an alert message! "dictionary attack" and I am sure I entered the correct password!
I took a screenshot

I think I have an infection because when I log into my email addresses, I also get alerts, yet I have run a PC scan and have antivirus, and I don’t visit dangerous sites.

I don’t know what to do anymore because when I receive a password change code on my phone, it does not come from Microsoft! nor from Gmail!!

Here is a frst analysis if someone can help me

Hello,

Too many attempts, that's all.
It could be an application that sends the old password.

You have programs that were installed when you bought the computer or installed later that are not necessarily useful.
They clutter Windows and can slow it down.
So you can uninstall them.
Go to Control Panel
then Programs and Features.
Uninstall:

CCleaner
UsbFix Anti-Malware Premium
Web Companion (adware)

PS: CCleaner isn't really useful, even though it's recommended everywhere.
If you want to keep it, disable CCleaner's monitoring, it launches at Windows startup and slows it down with its incessant cleanups, see: https://www.malekal.com/supprimer-ccleaner-demarrage-windows/
Also, remember to disable data sending in CCleaner's options. It sends information to Avast! servers.
