Hello, I would like some help; since 29/04 my package has been stuck at Roissy Piac Export,
Can someone help me please?

    We have neither supernatural powers nor privileged relationships with this PIAC that could resolve this blockage..

    Is it import or export? Is the content 'lawful'?

    The passage through Roissy at the FRROIC PIAC or at the BSSC PIC can sometimes be long without us knowing why.. And there’s no way to get information other than through tracking sites..

    It’s true that in this case, the delay greatly exceeds the average..

        Normally, there's no counterfeiting at Boohoo, which could have motivated a confiscation/destruction of the package. But social practices worthy of the 19th century, that's not the issue here.

        It's impossible to know the reason for the disappearance of the package at Roissy: theft? Error? Accident/destruction?

        The seller remains responsible for the proper delivery of the package as they are the one who 'contracted' with the carrier.

        Now we have to contact Boohoo, who doesn't seem very nice/understanding regarding claims.
