Hello,
I no longer have access to the sections found in the file of my mailbox, for example: Options, Save As, Save, or Copy-Paste on right-click and others. I’m attaching a screenshot of my mailbox to help you understand better ;-)

    We can see "Produit sans licence" at the top of your screenshot!!
    This may explain it ;-)
