Storage space check failed, unable to restart PS4.

Hello, I had a little problem with my PS4. I wanted to move it to another TV, and before turning it off, I think I unplugged the power cable too quickly. When I plugged it back in, it says "checking storage space," and once that's done, it gives me "unable to restart PS4. Connect the DUALSHOCK 4 controller using a USB cable, then press the PS button." But the problem is that when I plug my USB cable into the controller, nothing happens.

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.1.1

    Hello,

    Try safe mode:

Turn off your console, press the button to turn on your PS4 and hold it down until
you hear 2 beeps, then release the button.

Connect the USB cable of your PS4 controller and press the PS button; it will open safe mode, then choose option 5.

    5. Rebuild Database.

    Hope this resolves your issue.

Yes, try this; otherwise, you messed up the hard drive and reinstall the console as if you were using it for the first time.

Hello, I'm sorry but on my side, I think my PS4 is dead. No matter how much I try to turn it on and press the PS button, I can't access the safe mode menu.

Will I keep my data if I click on rebuild database?
