Hello everyone,
I took advantage of this lockdown to tidy up my Twitter account and add... my date of birth. Big mistake. I now find myself with a locked account because I was under 13 when it was created. Do you know how I can get out of this situation?
I've read that there is a form to return but that Twitter does not respond. This has been going on for two years, does anyone have any updates on the situation since then?

Finally, everything is fine. Twitter restored my account within 24 hours. To do this, I simply had to fill out the form they requested. Then, they take care of the rest. For those who may experience this in the future, everything is specified here:

Hi, I have the same problem, but when I send my ID, I get the message "An error occurred while uploading your file. Please try again later." Did you also receive this message? Or do you have any idea how I could successfully send this file?

Did sending your ID suffice? Or did you have to send your parents' ID + a proof of parental relationship?
Because when I fill out their form, they send me an email, and when I click on the link in the email, I'm asked for these documents regarding my parents... considering that I'm 25 years old, there’s no reason for my account to be blocked.

Hello, I had the same issue and I had to send an ID. Do they ask me for anything else afterwards or not?
