Hello,

I am stuck on the startup of my Samsung A6 tablet on "Android is starting" after rebooting following a Samsung update. What can I do? The "on/off + volume" system doesn't work. Indeed, I can start it up, the Samsung logo appears, I can enter my PIN code, the "device starting" module appears, then it goes to the message "Android is starting," and there the progress bar runs in a loop even after half an hour.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Have a nice day.

Lucie H.

Hello,
Can you access recovery? Have you unlocked the bootloader of your tablet?

Best regards,

Hello,

I’m sorry but I don’t understand at all what you’re asking me. Unfortunately, I can’t access anything; the message has been looping for over an hour now.

Thank you for your help.

Hello,
turn off your tablet and turn it back on by simultaneously pressing the power and volume - buttons

You should normally arrive at a menu called recovery, something like this:

If your tablet starts up normally (on Android), try to reproduce the procedure but with the power button and the volume + button.

Hello,

I followed your instructions but no Android robot is showing up. I was back on the Android startup page. Out of despair, I pressed the back and home buttons, and the tablet started up. I turned it off and back on to see if the malfunction would persist, and everything restarted normally. However, before that, I had tried several times to turn it off/on with or without the volume + or - button as mentioned in the comments of other questions but to no avail. Thank you very much for your help!
