HP 5530 printer error code C4EBA341

Hello,
My HP 5530 printer is stuck on an error message C4EBA341 and the control screen is flashing on a blue background. Restarting and all attempts, including unplugging it, do not change anything...
Who can help me resolve this issue?

    Hello

    I just had the same problem:
    - Unplug the printer for 1 minute while holding the power button for 20 to 30 seconds
    - Plug it back in

    It worked for me
