Intrusive call on Skype

I just received a Skype call from a female username with the following ID

I don’t know this person

she claims to have called me before

how can I identify the origin of this call and prove that it was a random call and that I don’t know this person?

    but I would need to go further in order to demonstrate that this call is made by malicious individuals who make random calls for probably commercial reasons...

      If you really want to search for the slightest information to prove people's malice, contact Microsoft directly, as they will be better able to advise you on information retrieval.
