Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to talk with apps on a phone without a SIM card. Because I want to buy a phone but my parents don’t want to pay for a plan, so to be able to talk with my friends I would like to use a phone without a SIM card.

    Thank you for replying. Thanks to this, I will be able to convince my parents to buy me a phone without a plan, but my parents have a question: my friends have created a group on Instagram, can everyone access it or is it secure so that only authorized people can get in (knowing the creation of the group)?
