Hello,
I just installed a Fransat SERVIMAT SIRIUS TNT adapter, and it's already very slow to respond to channel change commands. It also freezes at times, and the remote control becomes inoperative, even though the batteries are new (tested).
I have to turn it off and then turn it back on without any guaranteed results.
Can you tell me what to do?

Hello,
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power socket, wait five minutes, and then plug everything back in.
If there’s no result and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "restore factory settings" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
