Smart IPTV reboot issue

Hello,
how are you?
I have a problem with my smart IPTV, at first it works well but then it shows a message with an image of a remote control displaying my MAC address and a "restart" message.
When I click on restart, nothing happens; I wait a little but there is no result.
Please help me ??

IPTV is illegal so no help is possible.

Why is it illegal? Everything is paid for, and the message says that the account is activated; you just need to restart it!!!
