Hello, my decoder has an issue; when I turn it on, it says loading but it doesn't come up anymore. I've only been using it for about 7 months. My sister pressed something on the remote and now it won't come up.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 28.0.1500.94

    Hello,
    Try unplugging everything: HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and then plug them back in.
    If there's no result and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
