UPS delivery rescheduled date

Good evening, yes, of course we need to be understanding, but when we receive an email about a scheduled delivery and it does not happen, the least we could expect is to be informed by email.
Otherwise, we wait every day for nothing, stuck at home.
The worst part is that even customer service cannot provide us with an approximate date...
UPS could also be understanding, because we are all affected by this so-called Covid-19.
I still hope that things will improve from June 2nd.

Update:
As of today, I am still in the dark, plus my package hasn't been scanned since Friday (December 11th) at 5:50 PM. I contacted UPS customer service, who took/verified my details and told me they would forward the issue to the relevant center (Lesquin).
So here I am waiting for one more thing...
I understand that it's chaotic right now, but this situation is becoming critical; I'm waiting in uncertainty and can't contact the center that should have the package.
I have a strong feeling that my package has been lost, or maybe the courier dropped it in their pocket...
I will continue to keep updating to help other people with similar issues.

2 days late is nothing in itself. While it’s understandable that you’d ask why it’s slow, knowing the reason and still complaining is too much. Have a little more compassion for the companies that are working during the pandemic, especially the poor delivery drivers. They have weeks and weeks of packages stuck at ports and airports... and an enormous amount of work to catch up on. It’s pointless to bring up every topic you find on the forum to complain about UPS. You have their answer; it’s due to COVID-19, so you need to be patient, and no one here can do anything about it.
