Hello,
For some time, it has been impossible for me to activate the voice command on my TCL television.
Every time I start the setup, it says pairing failed. I don't know what to do; it's the original remote control. I've tried multiple times but it's still impossible. I need an answer to this, please, and has anyone else encountered the same situation?
