Unable to install java "the following switches contain errors"

I installed Java 64 to be able to open Forge; I had deleted the old versions on the PC, but still, I cannot open Forge. With Javaw, the version recommended everywhere on the internet, I get no results. With Java Web Launcher, I receive a message saying that the application cannot be launched. With Java Platform SE Binary, the computer asks me if I allow changes, and when I accept, it shows me this message (see screenshot).
How can I resolve this issue and launch Forge?
