How to find my home screen shortcuts

Hello,
I was almost out of storage space on my phone with 59.7 GB used out of 64.
So, I received a notification on my OnePlus 5T to free up some space.
I went to settings -> storage -> apps -> I clicked on clear storage and clear cache for several apps including Google and Opera that I use to browse the internet.
After these actions of clearing storage and cache, I lost all the links I had placed in the past on my home screen. That is to say, the shortcuts to sites that I had saved as icons on the home page.
After my modest research, I was not able to recover the URLs of those favorite home page sites.
I wonder if there might be a place in Android on my phone or any hidden files where I could find the record of my home pages.
