Disney+ : sound but black screen on TV

Hello,
I want to put Disney+ on the television by connecting my laptop via an HDMI cable, but the screen is black. I get a picture for two seconds, then it turns black while the sound of the movie is clearly audible. How can I get Disney+ on the television and not be forced to watch on my laptop's small screen?

Hello, so I have a similar issue with a Google Chromecast; I can access everything except when playing a movie, there's a black screen and sound coming from the TV... So if you have found a solution, I would be interested.
