Hard drive full due to pcloud

Hello everyone,
My C drive has been full since yesterday, since I tried to back up my photos to pcloud drive. I uninstalled pcloud (the backup failed because there wasn't enough space on the drive), cleared the pcloud cache, and tried to clean the hard drive (CCleaner, manually...). There are no documents on my C drive because my photos are on my D drive... I should emphasize that my laptop is two weeks old and everything was fine before I tried my backup.

In the end, it was the pcloud cache that hadn't been cleared properly; I found the issue thanks to TreeSize.
