Connecting a VHS cassette player to a Philips TV

Hello everyone,
I saw this question on the forum but nothing suits me, sorry.
Here it is, I want to connect one of my old cassette players (Bluesky - Xr40 or Bluesky Hi-Fi Stereo NCAM) which are in working condition (tested a few years ago on an old TV with SCART).
My flat screen TV Philips model 32PFL4007H12 has at the back:
- a Netflix connection,
- jack connectors: Blue (Audio in DVI/VGA), Yellow (Y/Pb/Pr), Green (Y/Pb/Pr) and
a Black (Serv U).
- HDMI connections.
My question is very simple, how do I connect my DVD player???

    Andy, I already have this adapter, but how do I connect the RCA cable to the TV?

      Are you sure these are jacks?
      Adapters must have been provided.

    I think our friend's equipment doesn't have HDMI because it's old.
    This TV has a SCART (peritel) input (SCART to the left of the HDMI) but with an adapter that must have been provided

    Otherwise, you will need a SCART to RCA adapter:
    Switched to OUTPUT and connected to the output of the VHS player
    Then RCA cables to be connected to the inputs of the TV (Yellow video cable to be connected to the green RCA or yellow and green of the TV)

    I saw on the internet that there are SCART to HDMI cables. You just need to connect a SCART cable to the cassette player and to the adapter, but before buying, does it actually work??

    no, I no longer have the original one, due to my move..
    I will follow your advice and get equipped as soon as the lockdown is over.
